Aman is a Business Analyst and Institutional Research professional with 5+ years of experience translating stakeholder needs into practical, data-driven solutions. His background includes business process documentation, compliance reporting, survey design, requirements gathering, dashboard reporting, and decision support across post-secondary and public-sector environments.
He currently works in institutional research at Keyano College in Fort McMurray, where he supports government reporting, enrolment analytics, executive KPI reporting, labour market research, and multi-stakeholder survey work. He also teaches computer skills and digital literacy, which shapes the clear, teachable approach behind every CommonGround project.
