How we calculate your price
Five factors. Nothing hidden.
Service & hours
Every service has a realistic minimum and maximum hour range built from real project experience. Hours × $250/hr = your base cost.
Complexity
Simple projects stay at the base rate. Complex or high-stakes work carries a premium up to +60% because it requires more care, more iterations, and more hours.
Timeline
Standard timelines have no added cost. Rush work (under 1 week) carries a +25% premium. Soon but not urgent? +12%.
Organization size
Larger organizations and regulated industries carry more stakeholders, higher accountability, and greater delivery complexity — reflected in a modest size premium.
Specialist margin
If a technical specialist or freelancer is brought in, a coordination and management margin is added — 2× their labour cost — to cover oversight and accountability.
